Run anniversaries report

You can run anniversaries report to keep track who has birthdays or work anniversaries coming up in a date range you choose, so you can plan things like cards, messages, or celebrations.

Updated this week

You can run the Anniversaries report for payroll and pay reviews, because it helps you spot employees who’ve had significant birthdays in that period, so you can check whether their pay rates need adjusting based on age.

📌Note: You’ll need a permission level that includes the Anniversary access right to run the Anniversaries report.

If you don’t have that right, you’ll be blocked from viewing the report as the reports are permission-based.

You can ask your head office or your organisation’s Rotaready administrator to update your permission level.

To run the Anniversaries report, follow the below steps:

  1. Login to Rotaready system then click Reports in the main navigation page.

  2. Select Anniversaries report then set a date range, type of anniversary and select a site or department.

  3. Click Export to export it to Excel, CSV or select Print.
