Updated over a week ago

You can check the Joiners and Leavers report to see the people who joined or left your organisation within a date range you choose. It is useful for checking payroll details are up to date for example, before running payroll.

It can also show whether a leaver’s absence allowance has been finalised or not which helps confirm what’s ready for their final payslip. You can run this report as long as your permission level include access to HR reports, and you have the right site access for the staff they want to report on.

If you can't see the report this is usually because your permission level or site access hasn’t been set up for it.

📌Note: Some reports only use signed-off data, so make sure the period you’re reporting on is fully signed off first.

To run the Joiners and Leavers report, follow the below steps:

  1. Once logged on Rotaready environment click Reports in the main navigation.

  2. Click Joiners & Leavers report then set your date range.

    • It pulls joiners and leavers within that period, then use the filters to narrow it down for example, joiners only, leavers only, or by site/department.

  3. Choose the columns you want to see, then click Export to download it as a CSV.
