Live chat
Live chat is available to managers on the Rotaready web interface. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page to get started. When you open a conversation, our AI assistant will attempt to answer your question first β if it can't resolve it, your query will be escalated to the support team.
The support team is available Monday to Friday, 9amβ5pm (GMT). Outside of these hours, you can still send a message and we'll respond on the next working day.
π Note: Live chat is only available on the web β it is not accessible from the Rotaready mobile app.
You can reach the support team at team@rotaready.com. Include as much detail as possible about your query β for example, the employee name, site, and date if you're reporting a scheduling or payroll issue.
