You can run the Staff Turnover report to understand how many people are leaving and how quickly, so you can spot patterns and improve retention.

It’s useful for checking whether new starters are leaving early for example, within a set number of days, which can highlight issues with onboarding, job fit, training, or workplace culture.

📌Note: You’ll need access to HR reports, plus the right site access for the staff you want to report on. If you can’t see the report, it’s usually because your permission level or site access hasn’t been set up for it.

To run the Staff Turnover report, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Reports in the main navigation then select Staff Turnover.

  2. Choose your date range.

    • You can then use the filters for example, by site, department, job role, or staff group.

  3. Click Export to export the results to CSV, Excel, or select Print.
