The Employee Details report is useful for getting a comprehensive view of all your employee information in one place.
You can run this report to:
• Pull specific employee data - customise columns to show exactly what you need, like contact details, job roles, or start dates.
• Filter by location or department - view details for specific sites or departments.
• Export employee information - download data as CSV for use outside Rotaready.
• Review staff who haven't set up accounts - use filters to identify employees needing account setup.
📌Note: You need specific permissions to run the Employee Details report. Access to HR reports is permission-based, and individuals without the necessary permissions can't view certain fields.
Permission required to run the report
For the Employee Details report specifically, you'll need permission Staff- View Directory to be selected. This tab is permission controlled, ensuring only those with the required privileges can view employee personal details.
🤓Tip: If you can't access the report or certain fields within it, you'll need to request permission updates from someone with Full Access at your organisation, they can adjust your permission level to include the necessary access rights.
Run the report
To run this report, follow the below steps:
Once logged on your Rotaready account click Reports tab.
Click Employee Details report then use the site or department picker
to narrow it to a location or department.Apply filters for example, active employees or those who haven’t set up their accounts.
Choose which columns to show, so you only see the fields you need.
Click
Export to download the results as a CSV.
