Run new hire turnover report

You can run the new hire turnover report to keep track of new starters that are leaving within a specific period of time.

You can run the New Hire Turnover report to see how many new starters are leaving within a set number of days, and what that turnover rate looks like. It’s especially useful for spotting early leavers, which can highlight problems with onboarding, job fit, training, or workplace culture, so you can take steps to improve retention.

You can also break it down by site, department, job role, or staff group, and filter by leaver reason, to pinpoint where the issue is happening.

📌Note: To see the New Hire Turnover report you’ll need access to HR reports, plus the right site access for the staff you want to report on.

If you can’t see it, it’s usually because your permission level or site access hasn’t been set up for HR reporting.

To run the New Hire Turnover report, follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to Rotaready system then click Reports.

  2. Click New Hire Turnover report.

  3. Select the required period, site or department and select a leaver reason if applicable.

  4. Click Export to export it as Excel, CSV or select Print.
