Set up your account
Once your employer has created your account, you'll receive a welcome email or text from Rotaready. Follow the link in the message to set your password and complete your account setup.
If you're on a mobile device, the message will also guide you to download the free Rotaready app from the App Store or Play Store.
π Note: If you haven't received the message, deleted it, or the link has expired, ask your employer to resend it β they can do this in a single click from Rotaready.
You can log into Rotaready from anywhere with an internet connection, using the app or a web browser. You'll need the following:
Organisation name β usually your employer's name, in lowercase with no spaces. You can find it in your welcome email, or use the Forgot organisation name? option on the login screen.
Email address β the email address associated with your account.
Password β the password you set when you first activated your account. Use Forgot password? if you can't remember it.
π Note: The Rotaready support team can't reset your password or provide your organisation name. Please use the self-service options on the login screen, or speak to your employer.
Single sign-on
Your employer may have enabled Single Sign-On (SSO). If so, you'll be redirected to your usual workplace login screen instead of the Rotaready one β just use your normal credentials. If you have trouble logging in via SSO, contact your employer directly as Rotaready is unable to assist.
Starting a new job
Rotaready accounts are linked to your employer, not to you personally. If you've moved to a new organisation that also uses Rotaready, you'll need a new account β your previous login details won't work for your new employer.
Your new employer will send you a welcome email with a magic link to set up your new account. If you haven't received it, check your junk folder or ask your manager to resend the invite.
π Note: Rotaready can't grant access to accounts associated with a previous employer. For any historical records, such as past shifts or absence, you'll need to reach out to them directly.
