Set up and log into your account

Set up your Rotaready account and log in for the first time.

Your employer will send you a welcome email or text from Rotaready when your account is ready. Follow the link in the message to set your password and complete your account setup. If you're on a mobile device, the message will also guide you to download the free Rotaready app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you haven't received the message, deleted it, or the link has expired, ask your employer to resend it β€” they can do this in a single click from Rotaready.

You can log into Rotaready from anywhere with an internet connection, using the app or a web browser at visa.rotaready.com.

You'll need the following:

  • Organisation name β€” usually your employer's name, in lowercase with no spaces. You can find it in your welcome email, or use the Forgot organisation name? option on the login screen.

  • Email address β€” the email address associated with your account.

  • Password β€” the password you set when you first activated your account. Use Forgot password? if you can't remember it.

πŸ“Œ Note: The Rotaready support team can't reset your password or provide your organisation name β€” please use the self-service options on the login screen, or speak to your employer.

Log in with Access Evo

If your employer uses Access Evo Single Sign-On (SSO), you can log into Rotaready using your Access Evo credentials instead. On the login screen, select Access Evo and enter your usual Access Evo username and password.

See Log in with Access Evo SSO for full guidance, including first-time setup and troubleshooting.

Invite link has expired

Magic links expire after 7 days. If yours has expired, ask your employer to resend it β€” they can do this from your profile in Rotaready. Each new link supersedes the previous one, so always follow the most recent one.

Starting a new job

Rotaready accounts are linked to your employer, not to you personally. If you've moved to a new organisation that also uses Rotaready, you'll need a new account β€” your previous login details won't work for your new employer.

Your new employer will send you a welcome email with a link to set up your new account. If you haven't received it, check your junk folder or ask your manager to resend the invite.

πŸ“Œ Note: Rotaready can't grant access to accounts associated with a previous employer. For any historical records β€” such as past shifts or absence β€” you'll need to reach out to them directly.

Log in before your start date

You can log into Rotaready before your employment start date to complete self-onboarding and view any upcoming shifts. If you're rejoining an organisation, you'll only be able to log in from your new start date onwards.
