Recover your login details

Recover access to your account if you've forgotten your password or organisation name.

Updated yesterday

You can recover your organisation name and reset your password yourself, either through the Rotaready app or on the login page in a web browser. All you need is your email address.

Find your organisation name

Your organisation name is the first thing you need when logging in. It's usually your employer's name in lowercase with no spaces.

  1. Go to the Rotaready login page on the app or in a web browser.

  2. Click Forgot organisation name?

  3. Enter your email address, making sure it matches the one associated with your Rotaready account.

  4. Rotaready will send you a 6-digit verification code by email β€” check your junk or spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

  5. Enter the code. You'll then see the organisations associated with your account and can tap or click one to log straight in.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you don't receive a code, your email address may not match your Rotaready profile. Ask your manager to confirm your details and check your account is active.

Reset your password

You'll have set your password when you were first invited to Rotaready. If you haven't done this yet, you won't be able to reset it β€” follow the link in your welcome email or ask your employer to resend the invite. See Set up and log into your account for more information.

  1. Go to the Rotaready login page on the app or in a web browser.

  2. Enter your organisation name, then click Forgot password?

  3. Enter your email address. Rotaready will send you a 6-digit verification code β€” check your junk or spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

  4. Enter the code, then follow the steps to set a new password.

πŸ“Œ Note: If your employer has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), you won't be able to reset your password through Rotaready. Contact your employer directly to manage your password.

Change your password

You can change your password at any time. When setting a new password, it must:

  • Be at least 12 characters long

  • Contain at least one uppercase letter

  • Contain at least one lowercase letter

  • Contain at least one number

  • Contain at least one special character

On the app

  1. Tap the menu icon and select Settings.

  2. Tap Security, then tap Change password.

On the web

  1. Click your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.

  2. Click Edit preferences.

  3. Click Change password at the bottom of the dialog.
