This article walks through each stage of getting Rotaready up and running in your organisation, from your first conversation with our team through to training and accessing your environment. It's aimed at decision-makers and project leads who are managing or overseeing a new Rotaready implementation.
Before getting started, you or your decision-making team should have already had a Rotaready product demo, had the opportunity to ask any questions, and completed the necessary paperwork.
β οΈ Important: If you haven't had a demo yet, you can request one at theaccessgroup.com. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss your requirements and arrange a suitable time.
Pre-implementation steps
Data
You'll be provided with a template to complete with your staff information and a secure link to upload it.
Configuration call
You'll meet your Onboarding Consultant for a 30-minute call to discuss your desired core settings and configuration. The call covers your Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll functions β so you may want to bring along colleagues to ensure all areas are covered. You'll be sent a copy of the results to approve before moving to the next step.
Environment build
Your Onboarding Consultant will create your bespoke Rotaready environment, configure the settings, and import your data.
Training
Interactive training sessions are delivered live via Microsoft Teams by your Onboarding Consultant. We recommend that all employees who will use Rotaready in a managerial role attend a session.
Every implementation includes one training session as standard, with additional sessions available as an optional extra. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes and focus on the key areas needed to get up and running. Our training webinar can be shared with anyone who was unable to attend the original session.
Product tours launch automatically the first time employees access Rotaready, and you'll also have access to our extensive knowledge base and spotlight session archive, which hosts deep-dive videos and resources covering a wide range of features.
π Note: After these steps, you'll be able to access Rotaready and move on to completing your initial setup. Your Onboarding Consultant will still be on hand to help.
