Documents Export report

Export a full inventory of uploaded employee documents including filename, category, and acknowledgement status.

The Documents Export report provides a full inventory of all documents uploaded for a site or department, including the filename, category, upload date, last edited date, acknowledgement status, and any attached notes. Use it to review or analyse document data in bulk outside of Rotaready.

πŸ“Œ Note: You'll need a permission level that includes access to the Reports area to run this report. If your organisation uses sensitive document categories, you'll also need the Sensitive documents permission to see those in the export. If you can't see the report or certain categories, ask a Full Access user to update your permissions.


Run the report

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation, then select Documents Export.

  2. Use the filters to narrow results β€” by site or department, document category, acknowledgement status, employee name, and active or inactive employees.

  3. Click Export to download the results as a CSV.
