The Document Signing report tracks the progress of all documents sent for electronic signature. Use it to see what's pending, signed, rejected, or cancelled β and to send reminders to employees who haven't yet signed.
π Note: You'll need a permission level that includes access to the Reports area and document signature information to run this report. If you can't see it, ask a Full Access user to update your permissions.
Run the report
Click Reports in the main navigation, then select Document Signing.
Use the filters to narrow results β by site or department, recipient, sender, signature method, or status.
Click a document name to view full details and access the signed copy.
Click Export to download as CSV or Excel, or select Print.
π€ Tip: To send a reminder to an employee who hasn't yet signed, open the document and use the options to send a reminder email.
