You can run the Sign-off Progress report to quickly check which sites or departments have completed sign-off for a given week, so you can spot anything that’s still pending and chase it up.
It’s also useful because sign-off is what locks down your hours and wage cost for reporting, and it’s needed for payroll exports and Cost Control reporting so you want to make sure the week is signed off before relying on those figures.
The report also shows a consolidated view of key numbers like hours, wages, sales, and wage percentage for the week, so you can compare forecast vs actual at a glance.
📌Note: You’ll need the Sign-off Progress permission to access and run it. If you don’t have that permission, the report will be restricted. A full access member of your company can assign you that permission.
