Help accessing third-party services using Rotaready single sign-on (SSO).

❗️Heads up! If this is your first time logging in to Rotaready, you're in the wrong place. Please follow the instructions in our article on setting up and logging in to your account.

Using Single Sign-On

Rotaready single sign-on (SSO) lets you use your Rotaready account to access other services, like payroll, training and chat tools.

If a service has been enabled for Rotaready SSO, you'll see a button that says something like Sign in with Rotaready. Sometimes you'll be taken straight to the Rotaready login page.

Enter the same email address and password that you normally use for Rotaready. There may be an extra step to confirm you're happy with us sharing some of your data with the other service.

If you see an error...

⚠️ If the email address you use on Rotaready doesn't exactly match the email address held by the service you're trying to access, you will see an error message.

If you know what email address you used for the other service, you can try updating your Rotaready email address to match.

If that doesn't work, get in touch with the support team for the other service. They may be able to help you update your account so it aligns with the same email address you use for Rotaready.
