To enable the integration you must create a new user account (not ‘staff member’, these are different) specifically for the integration to use. It will need to be configured with the store owner or admin user level.

Before enabling the integration, you must also create top-level sales categories that match your Rotaready streams (e.g. Wet, Dry), this will allow Rotaready to directly map your sales to the corresponding cost stream.

❗️ Once received, all integration credentials should be sent over to team@rotaready.com who will enable the integration for you.

❗️ Your Rotaready environment can only be connected to one GoodTill store. If you have multiple sites in Rotaready which are administered under different GoodTill stores, you'll need to merge the GoodTill stores together, or enter the sales manually for all sites except the one you choose to integrate.
