About this integration
The Goodtill by SumUp integration pulls real-time net sales data from your Goodtill EPOS into Rotaready's Cost Control, eliminating manual sales entry and giving you an up-to-date view of wage percentage throughout the day.
📌 Note: Your Rotaready environment can only be connected to one Goodtill store. If you have multiple sites administered under different Goodtill stores, you'll need to merge those stores, or enter sales manually for all but one site.
Enable this integration
Before enabling the integration, you'll need to complete two steps in Goodtill:
Create a new user account (not a staff member account) with store owner or admin access, specifically for the integration to use.
Create top-level sales categories in Goodtill that match your Rotaready cost streams (for example, Wet and Dry). This allows Rotaready to map sales to the correct stream.
Once done, send the account credentials to team@rotaready.com or via live chat and the support team will enable the integration for you.
