The People Currently Clocked-In report is a live list showing everyone who has clocked in but not clocked out yet, at a specific site or department.
It’s useful to see quickly who’s on site, and it’s often used for safety checks.
To run People Currently Clocked-In report, follow the steps below:
Click Reports then on the Attendance section select People Currently Clocked-In report.
Filter it using the site or department picker to narrow it down to one location or team.
It shows employee name, site or department, job role, and clock-in time.
📌Note: Access depends on your user permissions, so you might only see limited fields if you’re not authorised.
