The Working Time Violations report flags all instances where working time regulations have been breached within a chosen period — such as insufficient rest between shifts, minimum days off, or maximum weekly hours. Violations can be scheduled and overridden in the rota editor, but all instances remain reportable here for compliance tracking.

Run the report
Click Reports in the main navigation, then click Working Time Violations.
Set the week or date range, or use Jump to for a preset period.
Filter by site or department.
Review the number of violations and the breakdown by violation type and employee.
Click Export to download as CSV or Excel, or select Print.
