To get a new site added, share these details with your account manager so they can update your plan and send a new order form:
Average number of staff you expect to onboard at the new site.
The new site name.
Contact details of the person who will approve the order form.
Once the signed order form is returned, the new site will be added to your Rotaready environment, and billing for the new site starts 14 days after the contract start date.

We’ll issue a new order form to update your contract.
The order form must be signed and returned by the authorised person.
Once received, we’ll add the new site to your Rotaready environment right away.
Billing for the new site will start 14 days after the contract start date.
Set up your new site
You have two setup options:
Manual setup
Add new staff manually using the Add New button on the Staff page.
Share our training video with your managers so they can complete setup at their own pace.
Assisted setup
Our onboarding team can help with a bulk user import and provide one-on-one training sessions for your managers.
There is a lead time for this service, which the Onboarding team will confirm when introduced.
