Access Evo Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to access Rotaready Evo along with additional Access Group products and tools like Copilot and Feed using one set of login credentials.
πNote: You'll need an active Access Evo account with your password already set up. If you haven't set up your Access Evo account yet, check your email for setup instructions or contact your manager to resend the invitation.
Log in with Access Evo
Rotaready Evo is cloud-based software, which means you can log in from anywhere with an internet connection and modern web browser. To log in using Access Evo, follow the below steps:
Open the Rotaready app or go to your organisation's Rotaready login page.
Click the Access Evo button on the login page, not the standard Rotaready login option.
Enter your Access Evo username and password to authenticate.
π€Tip: Click Forgot password on the Access Evo login page and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.
First-time Rotaready Evo users
If you're new to Rotaready Evo, you'll need to set up your account first by following the below steps:
Check your email for an invitation with Rotaready Evo setup instructions.
Click the link in the email to set your password.
Complete the password setup process.
Return to Rotaready and log in using the Access Evo button.
πNote: If your password setup link has expired, contact your manager for a new link who can resend this in a single click.
Already have an Access Evo account
If you've previously used Access Evo for other Access Group products, you can log into Rotaready Evo straight away using your existing credentials via the Access Evo button.
Troubleshooting
If you see an error after entering your credentials, your account may need verification by following the below steps:
Navigate directly to go.accessacloud.com
Log in with your Access Evo credentials.
Once successfully logged in, your account will be verified.
Return to Rotaready and try logging in again via the Access Evo button.

If you continue to experience problems, try the following workarounds:
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Try using a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge recommended.
Contact your manager for further assistance.
