Discovering your organisation name and resetting your password is fully self-service, either through the mobile app or the main Rotaready log in page using a browser, all you need is your email address.

Organisation name

Your organisation name is the first thing you need when logging in to your Rotaready account, this is usually the name of your employer. Organisation names will always be in lower case and without any spaces.

Discovering your organisation name

  • Go to the Rotaready login page, online or on the mobile app

  • Click Forgot organisation name?

  • Enter your email address or mobile number (be sure to select the correct country code)

  • Rotaready will send you a verification code (be sure to check your junk/spam folder)

  • Enter the 6 digit code

  • You'll then see each employer your account is associated with and their organisation names. You can just click on one to log in.

❗️ If you haven't received your verification code, it's likely that the email address or phone number that you're entering doesn't match the one held on your Rotaready account, you will need to ask your manager to confirm which email address is held on your profile and that your Rotaready account is active.

Password

You'll have set up your password when you were first invited to Rotaready by your employer. If you haven't already done this, you won't be able to sign in or reset your password, so follow the steps in your welcome email/text message, or ask your employer to invite you again if you've deleted it.

⚠️ The link to set up your password for the first time will expire after 7 days, you'll need to ask your employer to resend your invite if it has expired.

Resetting your password

  • Go to the Rotaready login page, online or on the mobile app

  • Enter your Organisation Name

  • Click Forgot Password

  • Enter your email address

  • Rotaready will send you a verification code (be sure to check your junk/spam folder)

  • Enter the 6 digit code

  • You'll now be invited to set a new password.

❗️ If you haven't received your verification code, it's likely that the email address that you're entering doesn't match the one held on your Rotaready account, you will need to ask your manager to confirm which email address is held on your profile and that your Rotaready account is active.

Note: If your employer has enabled 'Single Sign On' (this is the case if Rotaready redirects you to your employer's sign-in process) you won't be able to reset or change your password on Rotaready. This is because authentication is handled by your employer, so you'll need to use their provided methods for managing your password.

Changing your password

You can change your Rotaready password at any time. We'd encourage you to pick a strong password to ensure your account remains secure.

  • In the menu, tap Settings

  • Tap Edit Settings

  • Tap Change password

  • Click Edit preferences

  • At the bottom of the dialog, click Change password
