You can store simple text notes on an employee's profile. Much like our other features, you can use permissions to control who can view and add notes.
Adding a note
Find the employee's profile
Click Notes
Select the note type
Notes of the chosen type will appear. Type a note in the text box and click Add note
The three types of note
General notes
If your permission level grants you access to Notes, you'll be able to see these.
Sensitive notes
You'll need to be on a permission level that grants you access to Sensitive notes to see these. This is typically reserved for senior managers.
Private notes
These are only visible to the person that added them.
⚠️ The employee won't be able to see notes on their profile, no matter the type.
