Employee sentiment gives you real-time insights into team morale. After each shift, staff rate their experience on a 5-point scale and can leave comments. Rotaready Evo uses AI to spot trends, flag issues, and highlight ways to better support your team.

Employee feedback surveys
When an employee clocks out at the end of their shift, they're presented with a quick feedback survey on the mobile app or kiosk.
They rate their shift using a 5-point emoji scale and can optionally add comments to provide more context about their shift experience.
πNote: If employees are hesitant to provide honest feedback, you can enable anonymous surveys. When enabled, we won't capture any employee-specific details. Contact our support team to enable this setting.
Copilot
Copilot is your AI assistant for analysing employee sentiment data. Ask questions in natural language, and Copilot will analyse your feedback to provide insights.
You can access Copilot from the Access button in the top left corner of Rotaready.

πNote: Copilot also integrates with Rotaready's messaging feature. When Feed alerts you to a birthday or anniversary, ask Copilot to draft a message.
Feed
Feed is your notification centre for everything affecting employee wellbeing. It proactively alerts you to issues and opportunities in real-time.
Types of alerts
Sentiment alerts notify you when an employee's sentiment score is consistently low or declining. You'll also see alerts when a site's overall sentiment drops.
Compliance alerts flag issues like national minimum wage violations or when employees are approaching key age milestones (turning 18 or 21).
Working time violations are flagged when employees exceed legal working hour limits.
Team milestones alert you to birthdays, work anniversaries, and new starters joining that week.
πNote: You can click on any alert to take action. For example, if Feed flags a minimum wage violation, you can use Copilot to identify affected employees, view their current pay rate, and click through to update their pay record directly.
Analytics dashboard
The Analytics dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of employee sentiment insights across your organisation, including:
Average sentiment scores for current and previous week.
Score breakdown across your entire organisation
Average scores by site, department, shift type, and line manager.
Week-on-week organisational trends displayed as charts.
You can view feedback scores, themes, and individual responses in real time as they're submitted. For accurate reporting by site, department, or shift type, shift-specific data becomes available after the week has been signed-off when these details are confirmed and finalised.

Engage Lite
Engage Lite is a social-style communication board that allows you to stay connected with your teams. You can create posts, share company updates, run polls, and communicate with staff in a social feed.
πNote: All employees will need to log in using their Access Evo credentials to participate in Engage Lite.
Permissions
Access to employee sentiment data is controlled by two permissions in your settings:
Employee Feedback allows users to view general sentiment data and scores. They can use Copilot to analyse trends but cannot see which specific individuals left particular comments. This is suitable for General Managers.
Sensitive Employee Feedback allows users to see exactly which employees provided specific feedback. This is typically for HR Managers and full access users.
πNote: When anonymous surveys are enabled, no individual identification is captured, which means that only aggregated data and themes are visible.
